We are a community of like-minded freelance instructors who believe in the power of embodying Courage. Each Space Holder offers movement or meditation practice imbued with their own training, unique to their lived wisdom. Instead of working for a business, we share the Space. Rather than offering memberships, the Courageous crew each receives donations directly from their students to honor their time and energy.
Every student is offered sliding scale donation pricing for every class - no one turned away for lack of funds.

We believe that the beautiful future we dream of is within us - not somewhere else. And, it’s going to take courage, cooperation and community to get there: things we already have.
The Courageous Yoga Pay It Forward Fund is a non-profit fund that taps into the capacity we have to support each other beyond, beneath and despite capitalism.
Your generosity enables us to offer Financial Aid to People of Color and Queer folks for entry level and advanced Courageous Yoga Teacher Trainings. This rearrangement of resources helps to interrupt trends of oppression in wellness practices. It creates streams of revenue and vitality for marginalized communities, and expands the potential we have of working collectively for the liberation for all beings.
What’s in it for all of us is knowing that we have a tangible way to bring the beautiful world that exists between us out into the world around us.
